The garden and location.

The cottage is both beautiful & spacious with everything you could ever need & more. The location is fabulous, well within walking distance 2 the town & its many shops, cafes & pubs but far enough to be nice & quiet Carole was absolutely brilliant, she kept in touch & was very kind

We loved the location. Perfect for a short walk into town and also perfectly placed to reach Balmoral, Braemar and other locations for walking and hiking. It was also very quiet which was great for our dogs as one of our dogs is very anxious and can be triggered by loud, unfamiliar noise.

The bathroom off the bedroom was very small and the shower not particularly powerful. The tiles were also in need of a regrout. The wc at the front of the cottage didn’t flush very well. Would also benefit from a washer dryer as we got soaked while out walking and couldn’t really wash/dry our clothes.
